About Stoneleigh

Most of the townhomes in Stoneleigh were constructed in the late 1960's or early 1970's.  The townhomes feature Colonial exteriors with brick construction.  All of the homes have three bedrooms and 2.5 or 3 baths.  Many of our units feature walkout basements.

Stoneleigh is located inside the beltway, within walking distance to downtown McLean shopping and dining, and a short five minute drive to Tyson's corner.

Both Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports can be reached within 30 minutes drive.  Both airports offer ample parking and flights to domestic and international destinations.  Reagan National is also has its own Metro stop!

We are also fortunate to be in close proximity to two Metro stations on the orange line; East Falls Church and West Falls Church.

One of the nicest features of Stoneleigh is our large trees and abundant landscaping. Stoneleigh has over 30 varieties of trees, our largest being the great Pin Oaks.  The board has worked extensivly this year with Andy Moss of RTEC Treecare to build a comprehensive tree care program that encompases's all the trees on the property, and ensures these trees will continue to thrive for future generations.

Our current landscaping contractor is TruGreen LandCare.  During the summer months, TruGreen's crews will be on site every 7 to 10 days to mow the grass, they will also be onsite 3 times during the growing season to take care of pruning our shrubs and bushes.  Each spring, all beds are mulched, and each fall TruGreen will be out to pick-up our falling leaves. TruGreen will also be providing Snow removal services in the winter.
